The Story of Four Winds Holistic Healing
Four Winds Holistic Healing began long before it had a name.
At the age of 16, I was gifted an antique Tibetan singing bowl from my grandmother. At the time, I didn’t fully understand its meaning, but I always felt a quiet connection to it — something I would return to years later.
When I fell pregnant with my daughter, I found myself drawn back to that same bowl. During this time, I also experienced a number of spiritual moments and occurrences that I couldn’t ignore — moments that deepened my awareness and connection to energy, intuition and stillness. The bowl became a tool for grounding, helping me slow down, reconnect and gently transport myself through this period of change.
Alongside this, I had been deepening my practice in Vedic meditation, yoga and Reiki healing, all of which I have explored for over a decade. These practices became the foundation of how I support both myself and others.
At Four Winds Holistic Healing, I bring these elements together — using Tibetan sound healing, alongside Reiki, crystal energy and aromatherapy, to support you in reconnecting with your intuition.
No two sessions are ever the same. Each one is guided intuitively and shaped around your energy and what you need in that moment — creating a deeply personal and tailored experience. Through gentle sound, scent and energy work, my aim is to help you feel more grounded, clear and self-assured, so you can move through life from a place of inner trust and heart-led awareness.
As my journey continues, so does my practice. I am committed to continuing to learn, grow and evolve, deepening my knowledge and expanding what I offer, while always staying rooted in creating a calm, supportive and nurturing space.

What Is a Sound Bath Session?
A sound bath session is a gentle, immersive experience designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself. Using the soothing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, combined with intuitive and energy-based practices, each session supports both body and mind in finding a state of calm and balance.
Each session lasts 1 hour and is thoughtfully guided to create a deeply personal and restorative experience.
